# KYN POS — Recommended Phase 6 Plan

## Phase 6 should add payments only after Phase 5 install is verified.

Recommended scope:

1. Payment method selection.
2. Multiple tender rows.
3. Cash payment and change due.
4. Credit card placeholder/reference only; no raw card data.
5. Tips, tax, and total reconciliation.
6. Discount rules with manager permission.
7. Void/comp workflow with reason codes and audit trail.
8. Close check.
9. Daily close draft report.

Do not add gift cards, refunds, or live processor integrations yet. Those should come after the internal payment ledger is stable.
